1. Q: what’s the difference between Battery and Charging?
 A: the battery version NO battery inside, need you to buy AA batteries at your local. while the Charging version do have rechargeable battery,No need to buy AA batteries
2.Q:  What the difference between 13L and 16L?
A: 13L,16L ALL NOT BIG trash can. 13L size is  24cmx15cmx26cm, while 16L size is 30cmx17cmx27cm. Please see picture size.
3. Q: Does the trash can come with a Charger?
A: NO Charger, Charging version have 1pcs USB cable, no charger,can use mobile phone charger. Battery version NO USB cable.
4. Q: How about the packing?
A: We pack it well with Thicken Carton,try our best to  make it safe during shipping .

Function: induction + hand press + kick

Features:

1. Please use 5V socket to complete charging. When the power is plugged in, the red light will be displayed, and the green light will be changed to complete the charging.

2. Power: Long press the mountain button, release it when the green light flashes.

3. Open the lid by hand: press the hundred button once to open the lid, and press it again to close the lid. Hand press to open, hand press to close.

4. Infrared induction: place your hand about 10cm-20cm above the induction area. The lid opens automatically and closes automatically after 5 seconds.

5. Kick function: kick the barrel once, the lid will open automatically and close automatically after 5 seconds.

6. Turn off the power: Long press Shaoqiye and release when the red light flashes.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
